My go-tos are typically plain greek yogurt with berries, overnight coconut oats/quinoa, or grabbing a banana on the go.
Switching up lunches and dinners comes easy to me, but I need some healthy inspiration for breakfast. I feel like all the super simple options are bad- toast, bagel, cereal, etc. |

I alternate yogurt with fruit and oatmeal. I quickly become bored of repeated lunches and dinners but for some reason I'm fine with the same breakfasts over and over again. You could try some "healthy" muffin recipes and freeze them or if you want protein you could do an egg in a mug. |
steel cut oatmeal, some type of berry ( blueberries, strawberries, raspberries bananas) pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, cinnamon and honey I make enough for a week and then eat 1/2 cup a day.

Lunch is more protein heavy and usually breakfast-y (eggs, turkey sausage, etc) I like breakfast food and would eat it 3 times a day. |
I never eat breakfast. I do not get hungry until much later in the day. I've been that way my whole life. My breakfast is coffee and a cigarette. |
