Ramifications from Religious roots of abortion

I think religion is not wrong to value life or see it as inherently precious
A baby is a financial disaster, woman ends up with the baby, without father, no financial support
So womens sexuality is what determines births, and we need fewer births

All that aside, I see religion as deeply favoring men. The ones that allow women priests are moderate, the rest can be deemed as backward in their own way
