Name the cheeses in your refrigerator

Cream cheese (whipped for spreading and block for baking)
Paneer
Halloumi
Ricotta
Cheddar
Mozzarella
Parmigiano-Reggiano
Brie

I'd say all except the last one are staples; once the Brie is done we'll replace it with some other block of cheese to snack on. We like Piave, Humboldt Fog, Manchego, Taleggio, Robiola, Mt. Tam, Harbison, Gorgonzola...many others! There are very few cheeses I've met that I don't like.

Who are these people with paneer in their fridges? To me that would be something specifically for a recipe and not just in the cheese drawer. Love that stuff.

I mean, we are Indian so that’s why, but paneer lasts a long time so get some! You can freeze it for ages.

OK, so how do I get it? I want to get some and eat some and freeze some! Do you make it or buy it?

Varies. I know it's bad for me but I cannot live without cheese. One week might be brie de maux for melting on french bread. Maybe some TJ Unexpected Cheddar for nibbling. Cows milk feta for salads. Brillat Savarin just to leave out on the counter and watch it run. Interestingly I stay away from blue cheese, goat cheese and gorganzola. Those dogs just don't hunt for me. OMG I'm forgetting Italian cheese like handmade mozzarella, parmesan......And of course there is Port Wine for burgers and Queso for chips........oh and gruyere for french onion soup. Not a big fan of paneer for some reason.
