Oops, forgot feta

I wanted to like Humboldt Fog because people wax proustian over it. But alas, it tasted like (what I think) ass would taste like
I can more than get behind (haha) every other one of your choices, especially the horseradish cheddar!

I love having port salut, feta and fresh parm on hand.

Who are these people with paneer in their fridges? To me that would be something specifically for a recipe and not just in the cheese drawer. Love that stuff.

I mean, we are Indian so that’s why, but paneer lasts a long time so get some! You can freeze it for ages.

I truly don’t know. And I’m too lazy to look. If I had to guess-

Brie
Parm
Cheddar
Provolone slices
Pepper Jack slices
Kraft American
Shredded cheddar
Shredded Mozzarella

Some likely expired. 😂

I have pretty severe lactose intolerance and can only handle the hard grating cheeses. But DH and the kids love soft cheese, so we keep a lot on hand.

- Block of pecorino romano
- Block of parm
- Shredded cheddar
- Shredded mozzarella
- Swiss (sliced)
- Havarti
- Babybels

I also keep a bag of parm rinds in the freezer to flavor soups and stews.

Lots of cheeses -
Cheddar,
Parmigiano-Reggiano,
Pepper Jack,
Feta,
Mozzarella,
Paneer (homemade by me),
Gruyere,
Amul - processed cheddar cheese in a can,
Sliced American cheese,
String Cheese (which is basically mozerella, no?)
Packets of shredded "Mexican" cheese that also has the white cheese.

DH likes to get goat cheese and moldy blue cheese at times but I just don't like nasty smelling and tasting cheese.

I have two teen boys.

Ricotta

Grated parmesean

Shredded mild cheddar

Shredded Mexican blend

Whipped cream cheese
