Thats a pretty bold statement to claim that Oakton has the 2 best middies in the state compared to all the other public and private school kids. Someone is getting really full of themselves and starting to act like Battlefield parents. It also seems like someone has a pure motive to just pump up the JMU commit, she is a good player, but not as great as Oakton thinks or that one parent thinks. Take her out of the public school league and stack her up against some of the other best in the state, and she is average at best.
Any games tonight... |
I'm not at all affiliated with Oakton but a JMU commit and a commit to a brand new, D1 program (like Pitt and Clemson recently) must be in the convo for best players in the state, right? It can't be ridiculous, but it is certainly an interesting topic - who is actually the best player in VA? |
Best players playing for a VA high school are not in Nova publics. STAB has what is probably a top 25 player nationally. |
I see a dominant effort tonight by Battlefield. At least by 7. Maybe double digits. |
7 goal favorite at the Pat, sounds about right as that should work out well for them.

Don’t jinx us. |
I have Woodson winning by two and dominating the draw again. But will be a close game |
Thanks! I love knowing about kids from the area who are excelling. |
Nobody cares about private. You’re on the wrong page. |
Dominion the best girls team across all public schools in VA? Discuss. |
Battlefield 7 - Woodson 5 |
BIG WIN for the Bobcats!!!! |
Douglas Freeman says Hi… |
The comment was not about private school players nor 2 Oakton middies. Talking about the state as in VHSL girls lacrosse which is also the name of the board... Also being committed to JMU is not very average. JMU is a pretty good school I'd say, not sure why you are so against her? |
This aged real well |
