7.) People here are the arbiters of other people's relationships, personal goals, and reactions. |
^Seriously. It must be so exhausting to be so hateful and also claim that you know every aspect of everything better than these two.
Not a fan of M&H but their haters are a weird type. Creepy and obsessive, easily misinformed and judgmental. |
I think both of yall are weird as fuucck. The Duchess Meghan baked the cake and sent it to one of the charities she support, world kitchen. Did yall even bother to open and read. The lemons actually came from the lemon trees in Meghan's backyard. Meghan helped these women to organize the distribution of meals. Kate didn't bake crap. Nor did Kate help women organize to help others. |
Either way, it’s hysterical that anyone cares. Like seriously, a chick baked a cake. I’m rolling my eyes at the lemon tree part. |

Pur-leze. That's what the one-percenters in the US do all the time. You really think the Koch sons have skills to run a fashion house. Or Meghan McCain is smart enough to do what she does? How about Don Jr. It is the way of the world for the uber rich. |
DP. I agree that’s how the world works for the uber rich. Some of us just find it distasteful. If I were super rich, I would still want my kids to become educated and develop skills and try to stand on their own two feet in the world. Some people really do think it’s better not to coast on accidents of fate like who your dad is or how much money he has. |
+1 Did Meghan invent lemons, LOL? |
1) Do you feel similarly about the rest of the BRF? 2) Do you not believe that 10 years of service in the military counts as a 'job' or as 'experience'? And does your answer to this question also apply to American veterans? 3) Do you not believe that the last few decades of patronages and fundraising has given him no experience in the role of 'professional fundraiser and bring-awareness-er' which seem like specifically valuable skills for this kind of role? 4) How could Harry have navigated the accident of his birth differently in a way where you would now think of him as a competent person deserving of a salary for work? |
You guys are so silly. She 'bakes' a cake with lemons from her garden, sparks a social media moment, organization sees uptick in donations from publicity. I can't tell if you don't understand this value add or if you don't WANT to understand. |
1) I’m not really a fan of any of the BRF. But at least they are doing their royal duties in exchange for their advantages. Harry just wanted all the advantages without having any obligations. When he couldn’t get that, he ran to Oprah and trashed his family as racists on international television. 2) I don’t believe Harry’s military experience as a royal prince is in any way comparable to what American veterans have experienced. But it was at least probably a real job. I don’t consider giving a speech for $500k or whatever a real job. 3) Harry isn’t actually planning and executing the Invictus Games himself. He shows up and shakes hands and allows people to bask in his reflected glory. There are teams of professionals doing the real work with his patronages and such. 4) He could put the effort in to educate himself and develop skills in his chosen field. If his passion really is TV production and podcasting, what has he done in his past to develop skills for jobs in those industries? Honestly, until he left the BRF, I don’t think he showed any interest in those fields. |
It's no more hysterical than all the other BS that has been posted throughout this thread. It's full of crazy, jealous, know-it-all people. Hysterical |
Well I would not know and since you admit that you are not super rich, you really do not know either. People say a lot about what they would do if they were walking in another's shoes, but as soon as they are given the opportunity to take that walk they cannot. |
Those lemons sparked donations to a charity she supports. It is my understanding that the charities the other members of the BRF have received very few donations and at least one has gone under. Ah, the power of lemons. |
Oh we understand. Meghan is the noble version of the Kardashians. |
