Yes, 2021 was a very weird election. I preferred the female candidates in the Dem primary. Then McAuliffe made that huge gaffe in the debate. People were losing it after the collective trauma of Covid. So, we got stuck with Rs.

I’m going with you are a Republican bot trying to convince people Spanberger is a progressive in a futile effort to help the awful candidacy of Sears. Just as the Dems were stupid to trot out Jay Jones for AG, the Republicans were stupid to trot out Sears for governor. My family was a strong supporter for Abigail. Attended few events with her in Northern Virginia and donated to her campaign. The recent story involving Jay Johnson and her connection with him is sickening. I am skipping this election. I cannot force myself to vote for black female governor of Virginia, but I am no longer can vote for Spanberger in good consciousness.
