PVI is playing Prep in June.

I believe Gonzaga and Landon are playing a game in June as well.

Hard to really take these rankings seriously in a covid year.

Prep should drop big time as they got their ass kicked last week against Spalding. I don’t care if their star fogo didn’t play as even when Prep had the ball, their offense stunk and their defense looked even worst.

they shouldn't even be on the list after that performance

fully agree however the Prep Dad's would be all over ty xanders if he did drop them.

IAC this year will come down between Bullis and maybe even Landon (don't sleep on St Stephens). GP has more talent than anyone but can't ever seem to put it together when the pressure is on. They kinda remind me of Paul VI, always have exceptional talent but can't win the SHIP.

McDonogh will move up as they destroyed BL yesterday by 8

Ty is too biased towards the MIAA...

Don't get me wrong, its an excellent conference, but really, 6 teams from the MIAA in the national top 25. Lacrosse has grown big time in the past 10 years. I'd like to see more teams from California represented in this poll.

BL is very young this year and is not a top 25 team this Spring, most folks in Baltimore know they are in a rebuilding year.

Saint Mary's beat Loyola yesterday on the road and had a good size lead throughout the entire game.

The top teams in California can hang with anyone. In any given year it's only a few teams in a huge state. Would they win the MIAA or IAC, probably not, but they would certainly compete.

Torrey Pines and SI test themselves against out of state competition on a fairly regular basis, just not this year.

I recall Landon played SI a few years ago, they might have played 3 times. While Landon won 2 out of 3, I was super impressed with the size and athleticism of Saint Ignatius. I think even Gonzaga might have played them as well.

Torrey Pines a few years ago beat Deerfield who is a big time powerhouse in the New England West Division.

Love him or hate him, I think Ty Xanders had funny write up about how attractive he found the SI Mom's

WNEISLA has Deerfield, Brunswick, Salisbury, and Taft all ranked. Maybe that league is as hard or harder than IAC or MIAA? They also do not have a playoff, so Every Game Counts!

Three of the top five. Tough league.

Taft at full strength is really good. Another Kavanaugh and two lefties, that top attack is unstoppable. Deerfield is too reliant on the big UVA commit. I don’t think he’ll be that great in college where his size won’t make as much of an impact. But that league is filled with post grads. Of course, so is the IAC. A few kids changed classes when transferring to an IAC school.

Bullis is the cream of the crop of the IAC this year.

The senior transfer from Whitman (already committed to Harvard) is the real deal.

WNEISLA is very legit. I think those teams, given they can bring in Post Graduates (and yes teams from the MIAA, IAC, and WCAC do have 19 year old seniors littered on their rosters, especially Prep and Gonzaga) the New England schools have kids who are 18, 19 and even 20 years old.
