Have heard Landon's TBD attackman is extremely fast.

By conference and/or County, what are the best units? I will chime in on IAC:
Attack: Landon
Middies: Prep
D: Bullis
Goalie: Bullis
Fogo: Prep

Speaking for the IAC as well... the list above looks very accurate to me. I would maybe add the following

Attack: Landon
Middies: Prep or Bullis (Bullis is loaded in the midfield as well)
D: Bullis (No question here)
Goalie: Bullis or Landon
Fogo: Prep (GP's fogo reminds me of Landons Shockey from a few yeas ago - he can dominate games)

I don't know much about what St Stephens returns... does anyone ?

SSA has some transfers/reclasses from NOVA public’s.

the VA privates in the IAC have a unique advantage over the remaining IAC schools as they can take kids from publics have them re-classify a year (if the parents have the $$$ to spend an extra year of HS tuition) and the kid doesn't have to sit out a year. I find it odd that some parents will have their kids play 5 years of HS athletics in particular for a lacrosse scholarship which is very far from being a full-ride.

Maryland privates require kids to sit-out a year from athletic competition if they opt to "re-classify" a year as you can only have 4 years of athletic eligibility in high school.

What about those kids that are held back in elementary school? I know a few kids on my son’s travel team that repeated eighth grade, and started playing high school ball at MD privates as 16 year old freshmen. Where there is a will, there is a way.

You really should try to refrain from trying to call out peoples kids, they aren't even adults.

Not true on either for Maryland.

The WCAC and others do allow for a one-time transfer beginning in 9th grade through 12th and are allowed to play varsity sports immediately. They can then transfer again but then must play JV or sit out a season.

In public to public school transfers, there is a 4 year rule in general but there are several exemption possibilities due to injury and change of address et al.

Hi Troll - you must have an axe to grind against the Mad Lax owner.

I trust that you weren't in attendance a few weeks ago and saw Landon play to make such a false statement.

Landon started a freshman attacker and its not the Mad Lax owners son. The kid played phenomenal for only being a freshman against Taft and other competition.

Please don't make accusations against HS players, they are only kids after all.

WCAC announced a mid April start with the ability to play outside of conference.
What is the IAC and MIAA doing?
A coaches in both conferences say no outside of conference play.
