I'm convinced Kate and William are going to have a 4th child after this interview to push him down to #7

That would be psycho.

But they will.

The talk of a 4th child has been going on since last spring.

It's not new. If it happens, this will definitely be what people will say though.

Just like the Queen! A sister for Charlotte!

They bought a $15M house - they do not live in reality. It's hard to feel sorry for anyone who has this kind of wealth and opportunity in life and still has the audacity and feel the need to have to whine to Oprah. "The family cut off our funds..... and now all we have is this other 13 million that my mom left me. And I have to pay for all of my own security plus a a $15M mortgage. How will we ever survive? And no one ever asks if I'm ok! And I just want protection and to feel safe! And can you believe our baby doesn't get a royal title? The nerve. Get real please.

And that’s pretty much all of us. The whole problem isn’t about race, but it is it in every fiber of what is going on with most of us all the time. Of course it permeates this.

She's being criticized in the same way Hilaria Baldwin is.

The difference is people aren't allowed to take Meghan to task for her inconsistencies because she's part black.

Yes!!!! Agree 1000000000% same type of people

I know it's silly but I've always been a big fan of hers. She seemed like a nice, normal person who just happened to be so pretty that she caught the eye of a prince. She also didn't seem that into the job, like she married him because she loves him not because she wants to be queen that badly.

This news that she didn't stand up for Meghan, that she didn't issue a correction of what really happened with Meghan at the dress fitting, that she is married to a racist who questions the skin color of his nephew, etc.

It's really disappointing. I feel like I can't be a fan anymore.

I noticed this. I now have a dislike for her because of it. She should have done more. Vocally

Kate is completely private. She never used her own voice to defend HERSELF for the decade she was tormented. She does not comment in the press. Never has and never will. And they have said a lot of sh*t about her brother's mental health, her sister, her mother and herself over the past decade and a half.

Only when paps got topless sunbathing photos of her did William speak out and attack the tabloids.

That's not true though. Her office commented on stories involving her from Botox to hair pieces to the Tatler article (the one where they said she was a stressed out CEO).

right, this is something Meghan talked about a little. She said she knew they would kill stories like that for others so why wouldn't they do it for her? She knew after they didn't kill the "Meghan made Kate cry" story that she was in trouble.

It's hard to say because Meghan wouldn't really give any information about the situation. It's quite possible Kate did make Meghan cry when she addressed her about rudeness to her staff or even about Charlotte needing socks because of blisters. That doesn't negate the possibility that Meghan in fact made Kate cry as well. We just don't know.

You want them to live in a house with neighbors snd security sitting on the front porch.

Kate looked the other way and did nothing when she had a chance to help. I'll never believe that William didn't tell her Meghan was struggling. That says a lot about her character.

Kate endured a lot and has her own problems, was pregnant then just postpartum when MM was brought in. Harry's responsibility, not hers. I also don't blame her for not being quick to trust an American actress with all kinds of red flags and attention-seeking behavior.

You can’t have been that much of a fan if you’re going to just drop your support based on hearing one side of a story on a specific incident. According to Meghan, there was a disagreement over the flower girl dress which resulted in Meghan crying and Catherine apologizing and sending flowers. Yes, maybe Catherine was in the wrong but it could also have been the case that Meghan was being a bridezilla and Catherine just decided to be the bigger person and apologize just to smooth things over - or even more likely somewhere between the two extremes.

I’m sorry, did I miss the part where they left a war torn country to move to CA? I’m confused by all the “saved my life” comments at the end.

Were we watching the same interview? I saw relief that they were out, launching their brand and and looking forward to the future.

Here is what is happening here, and it is plain and simple.

Harry blames the RBF for his mother's death, and before that, he blames them for how it was handled. He blames his dad and his grandma for all of it.
And they are to blame!
He is out for revenge, and he is taking them down.
You know the same way most of the dcum cuts off their parents and families cause they are toxic? Stop being hypocrites here; BRF is toxic; if they were your family, you would cut them off.
Also, it seems that Harry is not a spineless twit, regardless of what he might sound like. He is out for blood and blood he is getting. Why should he and Meghan take it quietly and be a good sport about it? Think about it, they crucified his mother, and for what? For wanting to have a real marriage and not turning a blind eye? Watch the documentary on Disney+, in her own words. What was done to Diana is nothing short of criminal behavior.
I, for one, am proud of him.

I actually agree with this take. I think it is long overdue and Meghan is being dragged for it.

And Kate’s judgement proved right.

No, Meghan said Kate made HER cry during the dress fitting. She said something like "I don't know why she would want to add to the stress of an already stressful situation."

She even said Kate realized she was rude and apologized and sent flowers. But then she didn't correct the story when it was inaccurately reported in the press that Meghan made Kate cry. Which is pretty crappy.

If you read the press and commentary from the "other side", they say this:

Kate didn't trust Meghan from the beginning. She thought it was all too fast and Meghan seemed too thirsty. And similar to the treatment that she herself received in her day, she took the position of "wait and see if this person earns my trust". She wasn't going to be fast friends with anyone unless she has observed Meghan over a period of time and judged her to be deserving of her trust.

It is not for nothing that you never read any comments from "friends of Kate" - because she vets her friends very carefully.

Plus, Kate sees her role as supportive of William above all else.

Meghan confused that with discrimination and racism.

And I'll say that Kate's judgment turned out to be not completely off base.

She seems like a very clinical person overall. (Kate)

Heh seriously. What a warm description, hard to imagine how M wouldn't have felt at home and fully welcomed with that sort peer there to welcome here.
