Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS)
More money, why am I not surprised that you would suggest that? Let's give them more money so the schools can continue to decline and a generation of children are thrown under the bus while we try to save the world. No thanks, no more money, there is a simple solution, you don't speak English and are illegal, get out of the school. |
Maybe at your school, loco! |
They did lose big-time in the Wynne case, and Leggett still complained about it last week when submitting the most recent budget.. https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/md-politics/supreme-court-rules-maryland-income-tax-law-is-unconstitutional/2015/05/18/1e92ee7a-d16f-11e4-ab77-9646eea6a4c7_story.html?utm_term=.426dc5520432 Of course, it took a higher court to finally rule against MoCo. |

Here is a link to montgomery county website to prevent teen violence ... Most girls are raped by somebody they are dating.
https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/SAO/units/family/teendatingviolence.html I am so glad to see so many people ready to roll up their sleeves and address this long standing issue of violence against our teen girls. |
Wow,you are special, aren't you? Your mother must be so proud of you, now go home and have some milk. |
Sorry sweetie... This has been a huge problem in all of Montgomery county for years. |
Doesn't feed into your racist rant, sorry. Go fly your confederate flag. |
Are you f g kidding me? Your going to bring this women's issue shit into this? Hey, do you realize that our boys are being brutalized and violated by these illegals too? This isn't one of your little women's' rights agenda items, this is about safety in our communities. Go away with your political bs. |

You don't care about rape? |
And so that makes it ok to let in even more potential rapists into our schools? You know, grown MEN who have zero respect for women? Who have no training on sexual harrassment? Who have zero respect for our laws, since, afterall, they are here illegally? |
Thanks for posting. I look forward to seeing the additional info that comes out from law enforcement in the upcoming weeks, as stated. |
Exactly. And to the people saying its not about illegal immigrants and it could be anyone or it could be just boys, you are full of it.We are all talking about THIS event that just took place which involved illegal immigant men in our public school system. And the schools that have low income gousing feeding into them are the schools that are impacted the most by the illegal immigrant situation. If they are here illegally they are already criminals bc they did not abide by the laws to get here. What kind of example is that setting to our youth? That certain people are allowed to break the law, live for free and get away with it while the rest of us pay our way and follow laws? Why is this allowed? This is absolutely an illegal immigrant safety issue in our communities and schools so those of you who are trying to debate this fact by bringing up other things are out of line. Sure, there are crimes committed by non illegal immigrants, but thats not what is being disucssed here. What is being discussed is the heinous crime that took place in our school system by illegal immigrant men who for some reason are allowed to enter our country and walk our school halls and they clearly feel they can get away with anything and have no respect for right versus wrong. |
Weak and a cop-out to me. It was thrown up today after this story started making national news. I'm fine if they can't comment on the _specific_ case due to the ongoing investigation.. I understand that.. but surely they can say how they plan to address security at all MCPS schools..? Meanwhile, Board of Ed member Ortman-Fouse has been busy tweeting all weekend about... everything else except this incident: https://twitter.com/jill4allkids Can we pass term limits for BoE members too? |
The note says that they are working with the school community. Is there a meeting or a Town Hall scheduled anytime soon at the school? We are zoned for Rockville HS but still have young kids. Have not heard anything. |
