LOL. No. You have to really, really search this stuff out. Have you ever mistakenly downloaded something that turned out to be child porn? Yah, no, me neither. It's like saying, "could you place an order for Febreeze from Amazon and end up with 60 kilos of cocaine?" That's not happening- you have to go to the deep web to find this stuff. Also, he distributed it.

He’s not charged with distributing it. He’s charged with one count of receiving and one count of possessing. Each image is usually its own count.

She was the only other adult who did not protect her kids. Child services will take them away. She should be in jail. She knowingly had more children with a known child molester.

There is absolutely no indication that Josh Duggar's kids were ever in danger.

Well the judge ruled that if Bail is granted, he will not be allowed to be in residence with any minor children. So clearly the judge thinks minor children are in danger.

Actually, each transaction is usually one count, but a transaction can including a whole lot of images.

It's my understanding they look for a pattern of behavior. So no it's not likely it was just an accidental click or taken somewhere by mistake.

It’s standard operating procedure in federal and most state courts that a defendant can waive the reading of the charges - ANY KIND OF CHARGES - at arraignment. It’s simply a means to expedite the proceeding, nothing more. The charges are still a matter of public record at the time of filing - hence why we’re all discussing them.
