Have you ever mistakenly downloaded something that turned out to be child porn? Yah, no, me neither. It's like saying, "could you place an order for Febreeze from Amazon and end up with 60 kilos of cocaine?" That's not happening- you have to go to the deep web to find this stuff. Also, he distributed it. [/quote] He’s not charged with distributing it. He’s charged with one count of receiving and one count of possessing. Each image is usually its own count.[/quote]
