What the others did is not about "pants" and "hairstyles."  It's about rejecting the total submission of women (a key tenet of their screwy "faith"), engaging with the outside world, in one case putting kids in evil, evil public school (as they were taught all their lives) and making these decisions knowing they would no longer be welcomed to spend time with their younger siblings, who they love and I'm quite sure they miss.

I am noooooo fan of the Duggars, any of them.  I was responding to the people ignorantly bleating ad nauseum that the wife had NO OTHER CHOICE because she was "raised in a cult."  She had other choices.  We know this because two of the other Duggar kids, also raised in a cult, made that choice.  So just stop.[/quote]
