I read the article but what is the new information? |
| I saw the video, it shows him lean the top half of his body out the window twice then he turns around picks up the toddler and holds her outside the window for 30-40 seconds. |
| It's the same video that had been released and posted earlier. There is no new information. And you can't see her "dangling." You can see that he leans on the railing, picks her up, and puts her somewhere out of sight. It's impossible to tell whether he sat her on the railing, stood her on the railing, held her in front of the railing by the window ledge, or actually dangled her outside the window. It doesn't really make a difference. In any of those scenarios, he was negligent. But saying that it shows him dangling her outside the window is definitely an overstatement. |
| Meant to say, it's impossible to say whether he actually held her outside the window frame. Someone else at some point had referred to dangling. |

Some people apparently just come here to post things without reading what's already been reported/discussed. |

Anello admits in an interview that he stood her up on the wooden rail and he leaned her forward while holding her. ( I believe he said he was only using one arm/hand to hold her when she fell).
I mean, there isn't any evidence that he lifted her outside of the window and dangled her like Michael Jackson. But, he clearly leaned her toward the opening of the window.... enough that she was able to fall forward through it. He admits leaning forward with her and reaching out. Logically, the child leaned too far forward and literally leaned out of his grip, to her death. The railings are at least 42 inches high / waist-high for most people. If he stood her up on something that was waist-high or higher, He had to be holding on to her lower body... and the weight of her body was in the head/torso -- so if she leaned forward (b/c he leaned her forward), she would naturally slip out of his grip. |

I can't stand that they bring up about Chloe wanting to bang on the windows like at her brother's hockey game in EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE. One has absolutely nothing to do with the other! |
It’s just their way of trying to normalize this behavior. It’s not working. |
In the video, you can see he lifted her up and over something - presumably the railing. Like he lifted her high and then low. He was clearly holding her over the open window, not just leaning towards it. The man is clearly a liar, or has rewritten facts in his head as some kind of coping mechanism. |
Plus, to those of us who are trying our best to raise kids who aren't brats, it just makes them look worse. |
I think the latter is more likely. Think about being in high adrenaline situations, it's almost like your memory bows out. If you think about actors receiving an award like a golden globe, they always say they can't remember walking from their seat to the stage or their what they said in their speeches. I'm hoping that's it... can you imagine having to face / cope with the reality that your actions killed your granddaughter? I'm sure he knows the truth, but those are some devastating facts to face. |
Exactly! How annoying would that have been to the other passengers if she DID bang on the windows? I guess it's better to admit to being a complete A-- , then to admit to being responsible for the death of a baby. |
Right... totally agree with all three of you. Ill admit to being an inconsiderate, entitled grandparent that lets my granbaby bang on whatever they’d like with no worry about other people’s environment, but that’s MUCH better than being labeled a baby killer. |
