This is disingenuous question and you know it OP. Shame on you. |
Just curious - do you worry about about anyone other than yourself or your family? Here's a newsflash. Some of us have kids who are doing fine with DL and actually like having them home with us. But we also worry about the long term consequences of continued DL for other children and for families struggling with DL, including related the departure of women from the workforce. Do you care about any of that? I'll bet that if you holier than thou people are actual people and not just trolls, you will be complaining and extremely dissatisfied when forced to confront the consequences of the level of safety you demanded. |
Some are open, but most kids are virtual. Good for us! |
|
Okay, well. The rest of us exist in reality where millions of children have been back in schools, and yet there's not one example. You are welcome to join us if you wish. You are also welcome to stay home and stop participating in society. |
Clearly you've never been in a school. Most are almost as bad as the fbi building. |
Actually, I think a lot of teachers would like to know the answer. But there is no answer, because no one has been keeping track. |
"I don't like the answer therefore this question is invalid!" lol love it |
Yes, I think it’s a great question, no matter which “side” you are on. |
There is proof, they trace spread all the time. Just off the top of my head I remember articles about spread from a bus in China, a birthday party in Chicago, a wedding in Maine, and a restaurant in South Korea. Here is the South Korea article. https://www.forbes.com/sites/suzannerowankelleher/2020/12/15/this-is-how-quickly-covid-19-can-spread-in-a-restaurant-per-new-study/ |
Like, this is how we know to avoid indoor dining, indoor gyms, etc..... Damn people live in some anti-science, fact-free worlds (saying this about the "there is no proof" poster). |
I can't decide if it is fun or terrifying to live in a world where we can't know anything about uh...anything. |
OP, Please give a link(s) to any evidence that (any employee) caught COVID from work and it was proven. Can't do it? That's because it's not possible to 100% prove, even medical workers, doctors, cashiers, police, miltary, every day we expose ourselves and no, we can't prove it. This is where common sense comes into play. |
I assume either you haven't tried Googling, or that you need some standard of proof that you know is impossible, because I cannot imagine how one would placate you. https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/12/23/workplace-outbreak-oregon-covid/ |

Not necessarily kids, but they’re less likely to be tested. Read this... heartbreaking how selfish many adults are.
