But to OP's question - these women are attracted to the money. That's it. If you think women don't care about physical looks at all then you are naive. Author/publisher stand by it (and haven’t been sued).

I grew up broke and it pretty much sucked at times. In my 20s my mom told me it was just as easy to fall in love with a rich man as it was a poor one. So I took her advice. I didn’t do old though - I don’t get that.
