Well, I did grow up poor, a poor immigrant, to boot. Melania had choices. She wasn't dirt poor. She was in college but decided to drop out, then used her body as a ticket out.

If I were dirt poor from a high crime country like El Salvador, and this was my ticket out, sure, I might contemplate it, but that's not the situation for most May/December relationships in the US. The women are not that dirt poor from a war/violence ravaged country.

But to OP's question - these women are attracted to the money. That's it.  If you think women don't care about physical looks at all then you are naive.   But, to some women, being rich is more important than anything else. It's why women like Melania turn a blind eye time and again to their husband's  infidelity.[/quote]

Ok I know it doesn’t matter but no, she wasn’t. There’s no evidence that Melania modeled with anything approaching success in Europe before she met Trump. Those nudes are the only evidence of paid work even close to “modeling.” If you look at her lawsuit with the Telegraph, she didn’t provide evidence of anything, she only called them on not independently  fact checking a book. Author/publisher stand by it (and haven’t been sued). [/quote]
