When older unattractive (wealthy) men marry

I agree if they are both getting what they want who cares. Only thing is many times it's one exploiting the other. Although that can happen with any couple.

I recall an interview with Melania Trump *years* ago with Billy Bush.. he asked her, "Would you be with Trump if he wasn't rich".. to which she responded.."well, would he be with me if I didn't look this way"?

At least they are honest about it.

When Melania married Trump he wasn’t hideous looking. No doubt he was a hideous person but she is too dim witted to care. She was able to fake it to make it. There must of been something there in the beginning besides money or maybe not but it’s her life who cares. You marry for money you work for it.

Well, I did grow up poor, a poor immigrant, to boot. Melania had choices. She wasn't dirt poor. She was in college but decided to drop out, then used her body as a ticket out.

If I were dirt poor from a high crime country like El Salvador, and this was my ticket out, sure, I might contemplate it, but that's not the situation for most May/December relationships in the US. The women are not that dirt poor from a war/violence ravaged country.

But to OP's question - these women are attracted to the money. That's it. If you think women don't care about physical looks at all then you are naive. But, to some women, being rich is more important than anything else. It's why women like Melania turn a blind eye time and again to their husband's infidelity.

She was modeling at a very young age, nothing wrong with that. She was fairly successful when she met Trump. He wouldn't be my cup of tea, but if they're both happy why care. You don't know if she turns a blind eye, nor do we have proof he ever cheated on her. Or like you said she may not care if someone else does the dirty work for her. It’s hard to imagine being attracted to Trump, but remember that looks are more than about being pretty. Trump may be grotesque, but he’s also pretty tall and bulky and has a beedy eyed bull dog face. He looks rich, mean, and powerful, which is what some women are attracted to.

2) I think some women just deprioritize sex.
