This is BS, I have never had an in person meeting with a loan officer. For my last 2 mortgages and a refinance everything has been done online. My last name is a strange one too, it could be any ethnicity.

OK. Kim and Kanye, college seniors, grew up in the same UMC neighborhood - two doors apart in fact - and both went to the same university. Both are competing for admission to medical school. Kim's GPA is 3.5 and Kanye's is 3.2, with a lower MCAT than Kim. Only one gets in. Guess.

I tried to get a loan to buy a parking space in DC. I couldn't get one, even though my credit is excellent. Had to pay for the space out of pocket.

I'm white though, so I guess I don't get to blame racism. Which sucks because I'd really like to enjoy the self-satisfaction that comes with feeling morally superior.
