You tell your Polish friend to walk into a bank and apply for a loan, any loan, from a personal to a small business or a home equity and then you tell them to compare their interest rate to that of a person of color who has an equal if not better credit score (assuming the person of color even got approved).

Goodness. Now your Polish friend has to commit crimes and apply for loans!
Reading comprehension is definitely not your strong suit.

I guess I've never had to use good reading comprehension. It just was never necessary.

Guess why.

White Privilege!

You tell your Polish friend to get behind the wheel of a car with a broken taillight and drive, just drive around like that for six months, and then you tell them to compare the number of times they got pulled over by police to that of a person of color who was driving the exact same car with a busted taillight in the same areas over the same timeframe.

So now your Polish friend has to commit a crime, apply for a loan, somehow find a car with a broken taillight (can she just break it herself?), and drive around for an unspecified period of time.

She should've just kept quiet. But I guess she was too white-privileged to do that.

Oh sorry! Not an unspecified period of time. Six months!

SMDH, people are too stupid to live if they don't grasp this concept. Just because you are struggling financially, that doesn't change the things that are just easier because you weren't born with dark skin.

Exactly. Stfu women, people with disabilities, those who've been abused. If you're white, you just don't get it.

Add dark skin to that mix. There will be a difference.

That's what I'm saying! None of those other things matter! It's just the color of your skin.

A friend posted a great meme last night re:Kim k and some psychologist asking us to feel bad for her since she was (allegedly) tied up by people pretending to be cops. Imagine the terror, imagine the distrust in authority she might experience!

But don't you dare have a distrust in authority, black people.

Kim is not white. She's of Armenian descent. Does she not count as a person of color? Why not? You sound racist.

And we should be surprised? Guess why? Nothing to do with white privilege. Everything to do with idiocy.

Oh, please. Armenian blood doesn't change her skin tone. She may be more olive skinned, but that doesn't = person of color in this country.

How do you even survive with such dumb train of thought.

Oh I didn't realize. Would you mind posting the rules about who counts as a person of color in this country?
