And 40 year old men have no business acting like sex-crazed teenagers. Grow the fuck up already.

Exactly.

Who said she sent it? The guy probably took pics of her with his phone and she's clueless he's shopping them around.

That's actually less likely than her sending the risque shots herself. And unless the guy is her boyfriend (doesn't sound like it) or husband, she should know better. You can tell when a picture is a selfie vs taken of someone unawares. If you didn't date while cell phone cameras were prevalent you won't quite get this phenomenon (and I'm not saying that as a slam, it's just a thing).

She could be very well aware he took the pictures of her, but not aware that he's sharing them with God and country.

Uh, this would be a game changer for me. You need to talk.

men, even in their 40s, still behave like sex-crazed teenagers. you DH is just getting caught up in the hoopla around his current friend's fuck buddy.

your truly, a 40+ y.o man

Agreed. My husband would be showing me and commenting about whether he thought she was hot or not.

You've got to be kidding. You're not so completely depraved that you don't see there's a serious problem with her husband's behavior, are you? This isn't a "chill" issue, it's a basic "humanity" issue.

Cool? No. This just doesn't make my head spin. It's creeps sharing shit. It happens.

Fixed that for you. And by "creeps," of course, we're talking about the husbands, and the previous posters: the stupid "yours truly, a 40+ y.o. man" and the brainless wife, aka "my husband would be showing me."

She sent the photo to him. Don't do that if you don't want it shared.

At least half the people in this thread think it's not something to make a stink over, so you're kind of calling half of humanity completely depraved.

Did op say she sent them to her DH? Maybe the friend took them of her while she was sleeping. And then we have pp who is bragging about how her husband would show her as well! Even if she did share them with the guy, that doesn't give him
consent to further share them. It's a violation of her privacy.

No.

Most likely the woman did not give consent to having her photo shared. Your husband is participating in voyeurism, which can be illegal.

And no, just because a woman gives a specific person consent to see a nude photo, doesn't mean she's given everyone and anyone that consent. Stop being gross, people.
