Honestly, I think a lot of Youngkin supports know racism exists in various forms but don’t want to fully acknowledge it because they benefit from it and don’t want to lose that advantage.

I moved to the Commonwealth in 2000. We have a black, female LTG. Back in 2000, I would have said that the Dems would seat such a candidate in office within ten years. Never happened. It's 2022, and it's the Repubs.
