Youngkin supporters - do you think racism still exists in VA today?

If you are a Youngkin supporter, do you think that racism exists in any form in VA today?

Overt racism?
Racial biases?
Systemic racism?

Of course racism exists in VA. Just like it exists in Maryland and DC and the other 48 states.

but I also acknowledge that the type and level of racism has been reduced and I have hope that it continues.

The level of overt racism in VA is truly unmatched. And if you think that isn’t true, you need to look into the history of Va. You don’t even need to go that far back.

NP here and not Youngkin supporter.

What form do those efforts take? What kind of actions have been shown to have a significant effect on racism on a population wide level?

I would like to see serious reductions in racism and I make individual efforts to that end, but I don’t know what really works on a lagger level.

Of course it does. What a dumb question. There is racism, there is systemic racism, and we need to fight against it. We need to teach about the tragic and difficult parts of our history. I’m against CRT as the mode of teaching about racism, but I think our racist past (and present) should be confronted and taught.

Overt racism? Yes, by a few people that I would never associate with.

Racial biases? Yes, but it's overstated by libs to gin up their political base.

Systemic racism? Somewhat, but it's highly conditional to the prison system or locations with extreme poverty like Baltimore. Again, this is overstated by loonie liberals.

So your biggest concern is if efforts are effective?
