The standard is not absolute certainty. It is beyond a reasonable doubt. A prosecutor can certainly prove that when the GF flips and they have dna evidence from the bags he was driving around in the car that is in camera.

No one knows what her involvement is. Maybe they suspect she is an accessory after the fact and will provide information to convict him.

Her bf is being not cooperative. I only know about this because I work for the USPS and they are still looking for her-but it didn't make big news like this.

Is anyone going to the media on her behalf, posting missing person fliers, organizing search parties? If not, why not?

I assume you’re talking about this woman? It has been on NBC. There are flyers everywhere. Her father quit his job and moved to Chicago to focus completely on the search. Of course it’s not as high profile as the other case but it’s not like no one is paying any attention.

Her union has, I'm in it too so that's how I knew about it. The USPS has also. On a local level, I get the impression that she's not a priority for law enforcement.

How is the media responding to your efforts? Are you distributing fliers? Have you organized search parties? If she doesn't have family out looking for her and getting her disappearance in the news then someone else is going to have to insist that she be found.

She called in sick to work and was last spotted on surveillance camera walking by it in her postal uniform. Her car was found still in the parking lot. Police suspect foul play.

The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are confusing because she did call in sick, yet, still dressed for worked and then vanished. Did she possibly get into a car with someone else?

They expect criminal activity from this group of people. It’s NOT expected for Ivy League graduates and married white women. So it’s newsworthy. If African Americans don’t have higher rates of violence then similar cases would also be on television.

A black woman who is missing hasn’t engaged in criminal activity, so this attempt to rationalize bigotry makes no sense.

A tragedy has occurred. 5 innocent young children are left without a mother and a father. Yes, she happens to be white, Jewish, a Brown grad, and wealthy. Can you not let the racism discussion go long enough to express sympathy for this situation?

I suppose if she's already been incinerated they might not find her. It must be like looking for a needle in a haystack among all of that crushed debris at the dump.

The girlfriend is not trustworthy. She could be lying to the investigators if she was involved in the murder and/or the cover up. Her goal is to get out of this and save her own neck, not to get justice for Jennifer.
