X100 This was a miscarriage of justice. Jury nullification. |
| Seemed guilty to me. Not sure about the Conspiracy charge. |
If Michelle truly didn't know what was going on that day as she rode in the truck while Fotis dumped bags of bloody clothing and helped clean the truck, then she must have a very low IQ. And women who are truly kind and loving don't move with a young daughter into the home of a family of 5 young kids whose parents are going through a contentuous divorce. |
Did you watch dateline last night? She had a whole *super* detailed timeline of the day, all the things she did yet forgot to note when she was driving around dumping trash and body parts all over CT that same day! |

PP here. I didn't, but that's very interesting. |
| It's also interesting that Michelle's family has never really expressed true sympathy for Jennifer's death and manner of death, and one of her sisters keeps giving unhinged rants. Only the dad seems to speak from the heart, but even he doesn't acknowledge Michelle doing anything wrong. |
| Why do you think she would have chosen to be looking at the Dulos' supposedly sealed custody report on her laptop during her trial? |
| It's gratifying to see this adulterous b**** go down for her part in Jennifer's horrific murder. People can post all day long in defense of her, she at minimum goaded him into killing Jennifer and I believe she knew all the details and is refusing to give those kids the peace of mind that would come of giving their mother a decent burial. |
Wrong. Jury nullification is when a jury returns a NOT GUILTY verdict despite being convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant is GUILTY. If there is probable cause to bring charges, if a court has determined after the state presents its case in chief that the state has met the minimum burden under the law as set forth in the charging documents, then a guilty verdict from the jury is not a miscarriage of justice. How were her rights violated by police? What exculpatory evidence was suppressed by the state? It's a miscarriage of justice that the puke Fotis got off by suicide - he should be rotting in prison for a very, very long time. |
Wrong: Jury nullification also occurs when a jury convicts a defendant because it condemns the defendant or his actions, even though the evidence at trial showed that he technically didn't break any law. For example, all-white juries in the post-civil war South routinely convicted black defendants accused of sex crimes against white women despite minimal evidence of guilt. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/what-jury-nullification.html You think I would throw around an important legal term without knowing what it means? |
They will appeal everything. In the meantime if she wants to be out on bail, she needs 6mil |
Louder, for the people in the back. This crap stain of a human being deserves everything she got, and then some. |
Oops!! |
Her family will eventually get tired of throwing their money to the wind. |
