All they have to do is bring it back to the fact that there's no body and you can't convict someone of manslaughter without absolute certainty.

The standard is not absolute certainty. It is beyond a reasonable doubt. A prosecutor can certainly prove that when the GF flips and they have dna evidence from the bags he was driving around in the car that is in camera. [/quote]
