All council members will be at this meeting. If you have thoughts on how all of this is going or what the members should ask, you should write to them. |
No they won’t. Only 3. It is a committee worksession. |
The others can show up if they want. |
They do not want to be associated with this scandal. |
Council members not on committees go to other committee work sessions all the time. They’re all going to this one. |
^ THIS is the elevator pitch case for McKnight’s “resignation”. Dawson should join her. |
Exactly which principal has done worse than the guy with 18 sexual harassment claims against him? |
I wish people would read correctly. It is not 18 sexual harassment claims. You all just want to make this out to be some sexual scandal. |
Are you saying it is *not* a sexual scandal?? |
Umm the public supervisors the Board. They are the elected representatives by the citizens of MoCO. |
The State Board can hold MCPS accountable in real time, which is what’s needed right now because we can’t wait for the next two elections to elect a board majority that will put new leadership in place. Otherwise, the county council can make the BOE uncomfortable by holding funding to MOE until changes are made but that will hurt the teachers more than the board. |
I wish you understood the legal definition of “sexual harassment.” You don’t. |
18 included retaliation and bullying not all sexual harassment |

Actually, the bullying and harassment were trimming behaviors consistent with a sexual predator. You need to educate yourself in the new definitions of sexual harassment in Maryland post #metoo. |
