Yellow Jackets Coming to DC?

I am happy that you are so passionate about your club team choice, good for you and your daughter. We too are just as passionate about our choice to be with Yellow Jackets. However, the difference is, we choose to focus our time and energy differently. I wish everyone a successful Spring season.

You should focus your time and energy into being part of an organization that promotes sportsmanship and integrity rather than a win at all costs and condones dirty play

Buddy, Your angriness is what has tainted this entire post. If you’re happy, wonderful. Stop spreading the hate on other teams. I find it very odd that you are so concerned with everybody else and their club team selection. All kids make mistakes, and we will definitely learn from them.

Reading what you have written is like waking up every day to Groundhog Day. I’m assuming you have a job? Hopefully other interest outside of your daughter and her lacrosse career? Yikes!!!

Who the heck do you think you are talking to? Your posts are so off. I’m a mom probably like many other posters. I don’t even know the name of the owner or director or anyone who runs or coaches YJMA. I want our area represented by good quality clubs that aren’t an embarrassment and last weekend the YJMA behavior at St James was awful. Sometimes younger girls’ parent ask what I think about club programs because I have an older daughter who has done well in lacrosse. I would steer them away from YJMA.

You want our area represented by good quality people, well, throwing darts and being negative about competition is definitely not a building block for positive growth.

So you after witnessing 1 incident that you interpreted in your own way-think you should come on lacrosse forum and tell people to steer away from the YJMA program. Who are you? You don’t coach you don’t ref you do nothing but write a check and drive your daughter to practice. 1 daughter playing club does not make you the no all tell all. Get off your high horse!

I don’t think he’s spreading hate as much as buyer beware when you are dealing with YJMA.

He/she is certainly spreading something… Being negative is contagious, everybody mask up!!!

I’m in the market for a new microwave and toaster oven, does anyone have any buyer beware advice? This post is so informative! Looking for a new video camera as well!

All these loony off-kilter posts from the YJMA people just further shows they are to be avoided. Just bizarre.

My kids only play rec and after reading this, we are hesitant to step into this craziness. As a small business owner, these attacks on “YJ” are similar and can best be defined to be a disgruntled employee, or the competition. In my history of working in a business, someone never takes this much time to be negative and tarnish a name unless it is extremely personal. Yes, we have upset customers and they will give a bad review, but they do not continue with negative bashing for a year. A game with multiple cards should not completely define a group of young ladies and coaches. Very Bizarre! The people/group we should avoid are the parents that focus on this negative campaign.

When his kid was removed from YJ because of his behavior, yes, it is personal.

Still the best they could pull out against a 2028 team was a tie. Then when the Playoff game got hard they went physical because they didn’t have any stick skills to compete fairly. The ref called the YJ coach over to calm down but she made it about herself and not the YJ team.

Don’t know how you grow a program when you read and hear negative things like what happened on Saturday.

Leave it to DCUM to put middle school lacrosse in its proper perspective.

If you and others think there is just 1 person spreading hate with a personal agenda, then you really haven't paid attention much. FRANKly, there's alot of folks out there that see the smoke n mirrors show that is put on by the beeeez.
