Loved seeing May and Taylor playing their hearts out up there, and so fun that the lead-in was the QEII and Paddington tapping their teacups. God bless Adam Lambert for giving Queen a second life. (Fun fact: Brian May is also an astrophysicist and has consulted for NASA.)

I wish William and Kate and kids had been dressed more casually. Her coat dress and his suit and tie kind of missed the mark. It was fine for Charles and Camilla; no one expects them to be rocking out in their seats. It would have been more festive and emphasized the youthfulness and William's family and the future of the monarchy, plus they probably would have been more at ease to actually enjoy and move to the music. What a picture it would have been to see Charlotte and George standing up and dancing and enjoying themselves!

Kate should take some fashion advice from Crown Princess Mary. She always gets it right.

It’s the future King & Queen of England and what they can wear is dictated by the Firm. They were spot on.

Have you discussed Louis. Little rebellious and sassy Louis is my favorite royal. What a ham!

Rod Stewart almost fell over.

Duran Duran - Simon sounding a little rough and that truly bizarre fashion show, but Notorious still rocks.

I love Alicia Keys but felt it was a little strange to include her. And Lin Manual Miranda, same.

The IMAX thing on Buckingham palace is cool. William made a nice speech.

Why do you think it’s strange? Maybe the Queen like Alicia Keys. It seems to me that they had a wide range of artists who would appeal to a diverse audience, and multiple artists who aren’t British.

And even if Diana had remained alive she would have been divorced from Charles for decades by now. He has been with Camilla for far longer than he was with Diana. Nothing would have prevented him from making her Queen.

That's an understatement! He's been with Camilla since long before Diana, all during Diana, and ever since Diana.

I guess if I was planning this event I would have wanted an all British slate of performers or someone with a tie to the country. I think of Alicia Keys as American, a New Yorker. I'm always happy to see her perform I just thought it was a little out of place. Could've had Dua Lipa, Adele, Lily Allen, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding, etc.

There is a school of thought that thinks Charles could not have married Camilla while Diana was alive. I tend to think that he would have been able to marry Camilla at a later date after an alive Diana had remarried.

I think an all Commonwealth slate would have been prudent.

That video of him and Kate! With him making faces and covering her mouth.

She’s every mom.

Too bad there were any sightings of Archie and Lilibet.

Hmm, no. None of the other royal kids were or are that bad. He kicked his sister, slapped his hand over Kate's face, and was just unruly the whole time. He needed his nanny.
