I think the issue is whether/if posters have heard of this school. Well, this NP hates to burst the bubble here on what's been going on but coming from the west coast...we've never heard of this school. That doesn't make the school a bad school, in fact most have posted (and this this NP) its a good school. Possibly. But the truth be told, once you leave the East coast, its Davidson? What's that? Sorry.

Definitely true. I hadn't heard of Pomona until I read this board but I have also spent my entire time on the east coast. And I went to a SLAC.

I've heard of the school. Honestly, I think it is as good as any other SLAC in the country.
