Why isn't this thread in Entertainment? |
| I believe he killed her. |
The wish washy, flip floppy ME? |
No another new independent ME. |
Again, you obviously haven’t delved into the actual facts |
You are clearly a Sam Stan. He new wife perhaps? MIL? Here are just a few issues with the new report: "It includes false claims like the assertion that a stab wound in Ellen’s spinal column was made during the autopsy, a theory rejected by every credible expert, including the City’s own neuropathologist," Podraza said in a statement. "By ignoring key evidence that contradicts suicide, the extensive 3D photogrammetry, a recreation which proves Ellen could not self-inflict all the wounds, unexplained bruises, missing surveillance footage, an intact lock, accounts of a toxic relationship," he said. |
No, I’m just a regular person who had long been fascinated by this case. You are quoting the greenberg’s attorney! Cut us a break! Geez. He’s been hired to spin the facts |
Because neither murder nor suicide are entertainment. Coverage of them can be (podcasts, etc) but this thread is about the event itself. |
What do you refute of what he said? |
+1. And the people involved are not famous. |
The newest pathologist was not independent, she is the chief medical officer for the city of Philadelphia. Therefore has a vested interest in the suicide determination. The original autopsy stated homicide as cause of death. This was changed to suicide per the insistence of Philadelphia police which has a long history of corruption. The whole thing stinks. |
Omg this guy is an ADVOCATE. not an unbiased person. Most of what he says is misleading. I feel bad for her parents. Clearly their own guilt on how they treated their daughter is driving this. Shame on this lawyer for continuing to take their money |
The parents have accepted responsibility for not following up on the signs of domestic violence ( (Ellen asked to move out of her boyfriend’s apartment and in with her parents). I find posters who continue to berate them over this callous and nasty. |
DP. I have a lot of sympathy for the parents and do not think they should feel any guilt about what happened. But they did not miss signs of domestic violence. They missed sign of a mental health crisis. |
I disagree. The fact that her coworkers were concerned tells me it was the culture in that school for teachers to wear their engagement rings. I worked at an inner city hospital and many of the nurses loved to wear their “rocks” to work. I don’t see how this is any different. Such a shame there was never an investigation and the first ME was bullied into changing his report. |
