New Year's Eve, Germany. Your worst nightmare.

This is not showing Germany. Are you the same poster?

I am not the only one obviously very upset about what happened in Germany, but you are not helping by posting a link over and over again that is showing Egypt in 2013.

I did not post the video but I don't think it matters that it isn't Germany because it shows an example of what these group attacks look like by middle eastern men. It shows what they did to cbs reporter Laura.

I'm starting to think Trump had a point after all.

It was not sexual in nature, but a group of what appeared to be foreign born men surrounded her and stole her purse--with money, passport, jewelry, etc. They surrounded her and jostled her first. Definitely organized and preplanned.

What happened in Cologne appears to be different. groups of thieves "working" on public transportation, sometimes aggressive, are not uncommon in European countries unfortunately. they may be from North Africa but also from Eastern Europe. But this is a case of a mob of 1000 men groping and sexually assaulting women. The descriptions I read in various newspapers (this is all over the news in Europe, not just in Germany and not just on right wing newspapers) reminded me of descriptions of assaults by large group of men in Tahir square in Cairo during the anti Mubarak protests, when scores of women were attacked ( if I remember even a US journalist was raped and her colleagues attacked).

Well, that settles it. Not going to Germany any time soon!

+1 Jessica valenti? Amanda marcotte? There's actually a true rape culture going on. Where are the outraged feminist voices?

The fact Merkel and her government tried to hide this should give liberals pause. What makes you think our government doesn't try do do the same? You best thank your lucky stars for the alternate media you so often criticize.

Want to know where they are? They are defending migrants. Sad that

Totally agree. Are they self-loathing hypocrites? I thought their job was to stand up for women's rights.

+1 the German media tried to suppress this until social media overwhelmed them. Now the German justice minister is saying rhetoric against refugees is just as bad as the rapes that happened. Thank god there are alternative media sources.

I have admired Angela Merkel or many reasons, but she clearly made a wrong call on taking so many refugeees. Germany is going to have to reverse course and deport a number of them.

Germany says asylum seekers were among the suspects in assaults.

Here is updated news about it. This should be considered a terrorist plot and attack. They burned and scarred with fire works.

BERLIN—Eighteen asylum seekers are among 31 suspects being sought for assaults and theft committed outside Cologne’s central train station on New Year’s Eve, the German government said Friday, an announcement that could raise the pressure on German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Seventeen of the 31 suspects were Algerian or Moroccan, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry said. The suspects also included two Germans and one U.S. citizen.

I would like to know who the US citizen is and if he is Muslim and what mosque he belongs to here in the US.
