Which link - the I9 one above? That shows a ton of red states like North Dakota have not mandated e-Verify. In fact only 38% of red states have across-the-board e-Verify mandates.

Even South Dakota only has voluntary e-Verify. If even Kristi "ICE Barbie" Noem couldn't get mandatory across-the-board e-Verify passed in a deep red state like South Dakota when she was Governor there, the PP's narratives about how this is all about Democrats collapses pathetically.

Democrats think that is important South Dakota, but what about California. California actually restricts the use of voluntary e-verify.
