Oh yes, the ol' party of slavery schtick -- the party that pushed for the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act was a way to hurt white middle class. Grievance politics at its best. The Dem party that's full of cat ladies and queers vs the MAGA/R party full of white nationalists and KKK members. -minority immigrant and former R |
Actually the Dem party was a bit too kumbaya. I always felt that way as a former R. I can see that slowly changing, though. Fight fire with fire. Forget the "they go low we go high" bs. |

Trump hires foreign workers over Americans because he wants white workers at his resorts, not minorities even if they are Americans.
He was called out on this practice, but MAGA chose to and continues to choose to ignore it. Trump's businesses also uses H1s, hell is wife came here on an H1. But, MAGA also continues to ignore that part, too. Why does Trump get to hire visa workers but other companies that do that are bad bad bad, and it's the Dems fault, even though Dems have no power right now? I will say, though, that if/when Dems do get into power, they should deal with the border issue and visa fraud. I agree with that, but right now, Dems have no power. So, really, right now, this is all on the Rs, including Trump, purveyor of visa workers. |
Oh yeah, and with posts like this. We hope it stays that way. Bottom line Democrats do have power in different places besides the federal government for example one or two state legislatures, city municipalities, companies or educational institutions. There is no sign what-so-ever that Democrats have any inclination to stem immigration. None, no sign, nada. All pro-immigration policies are still in effect any of those jurisdictions or institutions. |
Texas AG Ken Paxton issued investigative demands to nearly 30 North Texas businesses regarding H-1B fraud. Investigators are targeting firms allegedly using ghost offices and empty buildings to secure worker sponsorships. The probe aligns with 2026 state-led enforcement efforts to increase scrutiny on foreign worker visa compliance. https://www.visaverge.com/news/texas-attorney-general-targets-30-firms-in-h-1b-visa-fraud-probe-over-ghost-offices/ |

Named firms include Tekpro IT LLC, Fame PBX LLC, 1st Ranking Technologies LLC, Qubitz Tech Systems LLC, Blooming Clouds LLC, Virat Solutions, Inc., Oak Technologies Inc., Techpath Inc., and Techquency LLC. State officials said the list is part of a wider group of nearly 30 businesses in North Texas.
The action places Texas among the few states using its own enforcement tools against alleged fraud in a federal work visa program. It also follows Governor Greg Abbott’s executive order on January 27, 2026, which froze new H-1B petitions for Texas state agencies and public universities. As usual , democrats are suing to expand h1b and NO democrats are involved in this investigation. |
