14 in 1933 means in his early-mid 20s during the war. Your point makes no sense.
Also, people in their 90s were not spared as victims of the Holocaust, so I fail to see why escaping justice until his 90s should excuse this person in any way.

The holocaust started in 1933 but mass killing of Jews really ramped up around 1941 when this man was 22. Also WW2 started in 1939 when he was 20. Plenty old enough in my opinion.
