You'll find out from a teacher, staff member or parent. Give it time.

Those little rascals won't be incognito for long.

What’s the plan when we find out their names?

I guess the teachers at that school will start to wear head and chest protection in anticipation of their return.

Oh, well that’s possible. I just thought from the tone of previous posters that there was a DCUM Justice League being organized and planning to do something upon learning the assailants identities.

No. People are just horrified by this whole situation. Would you want those kiddos going to your kids' school and living in your apartment building?

How do the members of that community protect themselves? Serious question. I don't live there but I would probably pick now to move if I did.

It’s two teenagers who made a very bad decision. They’ve killed a man and ruined their lives. I don’t think the community is in danger.

Only if they get out and return to that community. They are known threats.

They committed a very violent crime. Of course, the community is in danger. Damn. Some of you will excuse anything.

Excusing violent crime increases ones woke cred. Like putting a sign on your lawn. Or being a keyboard warrior.

Awwww, poor little guy. I'm sure it was just an accident and he's only hiding 'cause he's scared.

For the life of me, I do not understand what compels people with the Y chromosome to do this sort of thing. Yes of course "not all men" but violence (random or otherwise) is an overwhelmingly male phenomenon. And it's a problem.

In 2017, roughly 21% (105,920 out of 495,120) of those arrested for violent crimes (excluding rape, which is not tabulated here), were women. Yes, it is true that 79% of those violent crimes were committed by men, but there were over 100K arrests of women being accused of violent crimes. I would hardly say that this is a negligible subset. Violence is no longer an overwhelmingly male phenomenon. At this point, violence is all too common a problem in our society and women are becoming much more violent over time. In fact the rate of increase in incarceration for women in prison is twice that of men, so women are becoming more and more violent with time and at a faster rate than men. We are just becoming a society too prone to violence.

You can try to twist into whatever narrative is going on in your head. I was talking about these two, specific "kids" who killed a man for no reason. I hope you never lose a family member to such senseless crime.

Why did you place quotation marks around kids?

Because I saw the video and one of them at least is probably 6 feet tall and strong enough to kill a man with one punch.

For the life of me, I do not understand what compels people with the Y chromosome to do this sort of thing. Yes of course "not all men" but violence (random or otherwise) is an overwhelmingly male phenomenon. And it's a problem.

But you do understand why women drown their children or drive them strapped into a car into a lake. Because you're a woman.

Pregnancy hormones can be severe and can royally F with a woman's head.

What major life event do men experience, that's comparable? That they... just exist?

OK, if hormones are the excuse, men have testosterone, and not just a few times per lifetime as with pregnancy, but all the time after puberty. And believe me, testosterone really Fs with your head (see: teenagers, male, frequent misbehavior of). You could even call this crime a case in point!

Translation: Yes, just by existing and not going through a major hormonal health event, males are violent. Yeah... you're not really helping making the terrible point you're trying to make.

Women who kill their children do not all have postpartum psychosis. Plenty of them are just bad. Bad people. Whatever their hormones or chromosomes.

How many women just kill and randomly attack people without postpartum psychosis, compared to the men who just kill (and assault, and molest, and rape, etc) people because they're bad people... what's that ratio? How do those numbers stack up?

Apparently in 2017, 1520 women were arrested for murder or non-negligent manslaughter out of 12,210 such reported arrests; that's about 12% of those arrested for murder. But there are still 1500+ women who just killed someone. It's not clear how many of those were postpartum women, but I would guess relatively few of them were.

Goodness gracious. A relatively tall, black teenager!

IMHO, this kind of assessment is exactly why the police kill us so quickly.

But thank you for being honest.
