I have STD symptoms. Did my wife cheat on me during her maternity leave?

A friend who was married 7 years got HPV throat cancer. We believe it was from his wife. Now she's with someone else. Does that men she'll give it to him as well?

Yes.

But nearly every sexually active person has/has had it.

Well that's a bummer. He died from it, now she has a boyfriend which I know she didn't tell.

Why do you know so much detail about this woman and her sex life? I don’t believe you.

Why are you taking so many STD tests while married? Have you always had suspicions about your wife? Something isn’t adding up here.

DP but I get them done annually as part of my check up. Trust but verify. It's your personal health - no harm in taking care of yourself.

Routine STD panels don’t test for herpes since somuch a high percentage of people have it. Unless you specifically asked for it, you weren’t tested for it.

We were friends/acquaintances with both though we liked him more. She was formally a bartender while he had his masters degree. Never impressed with her, told me enough to form my opinion of her. After he died she went right on gofundme. It's still up there. Then claimed she was broke yet posted photos of her vacations. I never claimed to know a lot about her sex life. She's been with this bf for 1.5 years. I just wondered if it was likely the bf could get it as well.

Well, your beliefs must equal a full diagnosis.

HE may have gotten it from his high school/ college/ on the side girlfriend, and later given it to his wife.

I guess women must spend the rest of their lives alone after being windowed, lest they be blamed for their partner’s death.

I doubt. Maternity leave=About a month with no intercourse, stitches, bleeding, sore you-know-where, tired for sleepless nights, nursing, post partum blues. Seriously, come on!!!

So - what are the symptoms?

Herpes blood tests are notoriously inaccurate; it's hard to clearly identify who has it without a skin culture from an outbreak.

Do not hang your marriage on a herpes outbreak.

Well if the bf get's it I'd say that puzzle is solved. Either way probably best to notify the person you're dating before you sleep together. JMO

How is it that every single person gets STD’s from their sexual partner? Couldn’t this be his own herpes re/surfacing? Asking for a friend.

I would say <1% chance. The last thing I wanted to do while bleeding, sore and no sleep was go get frisky with anyone.

well, if she is the only honey pot you visited, yes.

Did you have intercourse with her during her pregnancy?

Why did you feel the need to get tested if you’re faithful?

Seriously? It comes from somewhere. resurfacing, sure, but originally you got it from Joanne or Jenny or Jane.
