| Teaspoon of coconut oil (frozen) with honey. The taste is almost like Almond Joy. |
Fixed that for you. My diet is delicious and keeps me trim. What does yours do for you, aside from make you fear anything that tastes good? |
I'm the pp you quoted, and you're wrong. My health and blood levels are the best they've ever been. Oh, and bulletproof coffee's tasty.
|
| Have you tried butter in coffee? |
Chemicals and milk with dye added....awesome |
It's far more bizarre to have a hang-up about healthy fats. I eat bread, but I know it's garbage and it's what keeps me soft. Fat doesn't make you fat. Grains and sugar do. |
since when is skim milk dye? Splenda is fine. |
I have to say that I've read that "recipe" (is three ingredients a recipe?), and I couldn't imagine how butter tasted in coffee. But I guess I do like full cream in my coffee, so... |
Because skim milk is pretty heavily processed; it's not just regular milk skimmed of the fat, it's defatted and then things are added (spray-dried milk, dye, other additives) to make it more drinkable. Don't kid yourself that this is a healthy product. |
Mine says organic |
|
LOL. I love when people pretty much openly admit that they have no clue what "organic" means.
|
see if you eat clean, it is fine to use the coconut oil. I suspect that most of the people on this board that would try using it, would also add sugar and wash it all down with a donut. |
I agree. I went primal two week ago and lost 15 lbs and feel so much better. No more stomach cramps or runs after eating. I are "normal" for the Super Bowl and have been sick all day while my body works through the carbs. My body does well on fat and protein without all the carbs. |
Wow, that sounds great! Do you use virgin coconut oil? I can't get over the flavor of that one but was wondering if a more neutral coconut oil would do. Also, after you mix the coffee with your blender, won't the fats separate and form a film on top? Thank you! |
