This wouldn't be needed if the GOP had passed the border act. The Larken Riley act is junk. Her family asked that her murder not be politicized and MTG has gone all out to disrespect them. The murderer would already have been deported if the immigration courts were not at a standstill due to Congress not funding them. Read the act. It's political fluff of the worst kind. Speaking to millions of Americans

in his annual State of the Union address the president twice called her 'Lincoln' as he held up a pin bearing her name, which had been given to him by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

But when he talked about a bill to increase border security, that was killed by Republicans after Trump came out against it, GOP lawmakers booed him.

Greene, who was wearing a shirt with Riley's name, then shouted at Biden 'say her name.'

The people who killed the children at those schools were legally in the United States. They were born here. How was the GOP supposed to deport people born in America before they committed crimes?

Please explain what authority the GOP would arrest these 3 people with, who the GOP would send to take these people into custody pre-shooting, where the GOP jail is located, and where the GOP would deport 3 American citizens to?

Jose Ibarra, 26 — now marked by authorities as part of the deadly El Tren Del Aragua gang, according to sources — was arrested for illegally crossing into the US in September 2022.

After less than 24 hours in custody, he was released on parole and given free rein in the US until October 2024, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement insiders.

Ibarra made his way to New York City where he appeared carefree, living in a shelter provided by the city and posting pictures of him smiling at Big Apple landmarks.

He was even arrested by police in the city but let go, before fleeing to Georgia to meet his allegedly violent brother who had also been allowed in the country but cut off an ankle monitor to evade authorities.

Ibarra is arrested by Border Patrol in El Paso, Texas after illegally crossing the border. He is accompanied by his girlfriend, Layling Franco, and her five-year-old son.
