Both of you need to watch the hearings or at least read about them after the fact because you are both woefully uninformed. To the first PP, wrong. They keep releasing new and more damning information at each hearing. To the second PP, wrong. The hearing has also been about why the security infrastructure failed.

Those of you who aren’t watching but are keeping informed, I don’t think OP was necessarily talking about you. You don’t have to watch them live to understand what they’re talking about if you’re reading informed sources after the fact.

Im the second pp. Im not sure how watching the hearings will make me better informed than actually talking to CP officer and the other group that runs the security infrastructure. I can guarantee that these organizations will not say more on television than they will say to known/trusted people.

Republican here, +100. It was a farce, and I think Trump should have been impeached (not for starting the riot, but for not doing more to end it).

I'd love to see the end of his presidential ambitions (his choice or a down-fall) and bring on DeSantis to move up.

But if you don't realize how scripted it was, with a hand-picked commission, and no cross-examination - you really are the problem.

Republicans voted down the bipartisan committee. They are responsible for this being “one-sided,” even though that characterization disregards that all of those testifying are lifelong republicans and the people closest to Trump.
