Holy shit!! He was a hired hitman. You people were right. Alex wanted to be shot for insurance fraud purposes...although I don't know how that works. Doesn't he have to be dead to collect?

But realized he was still out a ton of money because their insurance policies didn't cover enough. So he elected to kill HIMSELF so that his remaining son would inherit some money rather than nothing? |
