Maybe there is not much difference between them in legal terms used for justifying no fault divorces, but perhaps there is more nuance in terms of psychological conflicts. I think she had been aware and wasn’t a fan, but it certainly is more plausible than, “ wow I just found out I could get a divorce because I saw another rich lady do that!”
