Americans are actually being attacked and intimidated because of their race, national origin, religion and sex. I think little Miley Pence will be okay because an ensemble of actors addressed their concerns to him in an articulate, respectful, level-headed and non-threatening manner after the curtain call. When did Republicans become such p*ssies?

Really? Grow up.

The show is already sold out through most of next year, with ticket demand pent up for years to come. They won't miss you, but you will miss out on a fantastic piece of art. Your loss.

You can get tickets on stubhub or Ticketmaster. Good seats are about 1200-2000 dollars each.

Now, that's plain stupid... to pay that.

These actors like public attention, no?

They had a job to do - entertain.
They failed at that by feeling the need to deliver a partisan political message.

Just another reason to divide people in this country. As a non-Trump voter, I am so sick of it. The whole point was to make him feel uncomfortable and turn the crowd against hime. Disgusting.

Could you imagine if anyone had such disrespect for Obama/Biden.

I saw it. Was completely underwhelmed. I wish I sold my tickets.

Could you imagine if Obama/Biden said and did the things Trump did? False equivalencies don't impress me.

Great comment. Insightful. Really changed my mind. Grow up.

No need to imagine. I lived through 8 years of it happening. Remember when President Obama was heckled at the SOTU by a sitting Member of Congress?

Actually, I think the point was to ask Pence to respect all Americans. It's not something he has a history of doing in Indiana.

Uh the play itself is a political statement. You are dumb.

Sounds like you missed the point of the message, which was completely respectful. And I don't need to imagine anyone disrespecting Obama. I can remember Trump's false claims about Obama's citizenship.

Yes really. And this will grow as a problem unless somehow gets the genie back into the bottle.

This is the chaos Bannon has been fomenting, which is why everyone who understands Brietbart has said to be very wary of the guy. And Trump is buying it hook, line and sinker.

The crowd booed Pence when he came in. They needed no help from the cast to be "turned against" Pence. Then, the cast message was delivered after the curtain call as he was walking out the door. Probably not the best time to do something if you wanted to turn the (already biased) crowd against Pence.

Words and actions have consequences. The consequences of Pence's actions and words as governor of Indiana are to make him disliked by liberals (including all the people in the audience who booed him), and the consequences of Trumps words and actions in his appointments so far are to make people fear what he will be like as president.

It is not the job of the people to unify under the president. It is the job of the president to convince the people he represents all of them.
