Inappropriate for the cast to have done this. They had a job to do - entertain. They failed at that by feeling the need to deliver a partisan political message.
+1,000,000 Just another reason to divide people in this country. As a non-Trump voter, I am so sick of it. The whole point was to make him feel uncomfortable and turn the crowd against hime. Disgusting. Could you imagine if anyone had such disrespect for Obama/Biden.
The crowd booed Pence when he came in. They needed no help from the cast to be "turned against" Pence. Then, the cast message was delivered after the curtain call as he was walking out the door. Probably not the best time to do something if you wanted to turn the (already biased) crowd against Pence. Words and actions have consequences. The consequences of Pence's actions and words as governor of Indiana are to make him disliked by liberals (including all the people in the audience who booed him), and the consequences of Trumps words and actions in his appointments so far are to make people fear what he will be like as president. It is not the job of the people to unify under the president. It is the job of the president to convince the people he represents all of them.
