I was responding to the person who thought that the +1 person had bad ideas. So no, it's not a solution, not to rational people anyway. But BLM believes they can't fix the high single-motherhood problem in their community, so they are trying to normalize it and get everyone else to accept it and support it with their tax dollars.

No Republicans are trying to give tax breaks to married couples denying most families the same. That’s crazy. It goes back to the times when a woman could not own their own land and has to remarry to maintain their own farm.
