Many are promoted b/c they kiss a** very well - or they're connected. And if they're jobs are cut and they're heading back to the classroom, some take the retirement route or they scramble like mad to find some out-of-classroom position like SDT.
You're either someone in CESC or you're clearly clueless. (or both)
Like anywhere, some in central are ok, some are good, and some are terrible. But even my friends who work in central would acknowledge that many shouldn’t be there.
Have to disagree. The PP's take seems fairly reasonable albeit unpopular with the DCUM set that believes they know best.
