Zero. Also no proof they live apart. Just a whisper campaign amplified by the rabid Sussex supporters.

Speaking of rabid fandoms, Meghan and Harry took their kids to watch a 4th of July parade and Meghan haters are still dissecting it a week later. Yikes!

People on both sides are quite weird.

True, but I find the Meghan haters weirder because I a neither for or against any of these people (I just find them entertaining as a concept, but don't hate them or love them), but if I say anything even remotely critical about Kate (even like "I'm not sure about that headpiece") I get assumes of bing a "rabid Susses supporter." But if I criticize Meghan for wearing wrinkled shorts, no one tells me I must hate Kate and everything she stand for. There's definitely a lot more craziness on one side than the other, though I do think using either of these women as some kind of parasocial avatar is weird.

Uh, no. If you criticize Meghan's shorts you get reported for being a virulent racist. Not the same at all. No criticism is allowed.

This…. is just not reality. This thread is full of posters accusing any criticism of the Kate/Wills marriage as being from Sussex Squad (or whatever weird name they use).

The very first post on this page is an example!

Meghan was brought up (in a critical way) on the very first page of this thread—which is about Kate. It’s like criticizing this woman is an obsession for some.

It’s truly bizarre how Meghan haters behave. It’s quite cultish.

All of the posts dissecting Kate's behavior around William are from pro Meghan social media accounts. What does that tell you? Why are these people so invested in their marriage? They really need to believe a divorce is imminent for some bizarre reason.

Um, I was a PP who was really surprised by that video of K&M. I do not have a pro Meghan social media account, and would consider myself a neutral British royalty watcher at best. I like the Meghan the way I like Kate. Curious about their lives because they are so different than mine. Like any sane human, I find the Meghan haters so strange.

Here is one hypothesis. Most women are subconsciously envious of two commoners becoming royal through marriage and finds their princessly behavior phony.

Its a common belief that Middleton and Markle somehow trapped these innocent human mines of privilege. Hating one or the other is just justifying it to themselves, both are equally envied.

Meghan hate is strange but Kate hate is surprising and interesting. Yep, you're neutral.

For all we know, Wales and Sussex PR teams or consultants use tabloids, media bots and hired pawns to create stories, photographs, posts and replies to support schemes to keep cashing on their fame.

Crazier things have happened in history, this very well could be modern era version of traditional tactics to find strategies to fill up treasure coves.

That's a bizarre hypothesis. Are you projecting? Or just imaginative?

So? What’s wrong with being “pro Meghan”? (What even does that mean?)

That doesn’t speak to the anti Meghan posters’ behavior. You aren’t going to suggest that there aren’t anti-Meghan subreddits, Twitter accounts, media, etc? Those places and people are truly evil and cultish.

What does "pro Meghan" mean? Are words confusing to you? Scroll back a few pages and see what some of Meghan's fans have to say about Kate. It's happening on all sides. Yes, all these people are evil. Nobody should get a pass. Spending your time posting videos to try to demonstrate that someone's husband doesn't love them or may be cheating on them is super messed up. But, it's right there a few pages back.

It’s what this thread is about, PP. There’s absolutely nothing messed up about it.

Except I don’t hate Kate. I read an entertaining thread about her looking happy (and great), and then was really surprised she had such an icy reaction from her husband in video. It’s weird that you are trying to make this into a Meghan vs Kate thing.

We are all interested in these people because of what they are - British royalty. Meghan, although she was both liked and disliked before she left, broke her side of the contract. She un-British royaled herself. So many Anglophiles are unhappy with her for that. She doesn't even have the grace to fade quietly into obscurity but is using her position as Duchess to continue seeking the limelight. Which is a strange thing for an American to do.

In her defense, Meghan was chased out of the country by the tabloids and British press
I occasionally browse British media and am appalled by how she has been treated

I do not think anyone British is surprised by their actions
Harry is not the heir, there is no need for him to stick around

They are rebuilding their lives, media and acting is a business they know. What are you really expecting from them?

On a personal and vapid note, I am sorry they left because I feel cheated out of so many glorious hats and outfits- and the children’s clothing, too. Meghan is quite photogenic and I am bored with looking at California linen and shorts. I wish they would go back to England, the media and tabloids have already done their worse. It does seem that now they have of killed the goose that laid the golden egg.

LOL same. Seeing someone with a slightly different take on the BRF-safe fashion was so nice while it lasted

Yep! And in the next few years the kids will leave the nest for boarding school so she’ll have more freedom.

Lol, "leave the nest." Her youngest is 5

Harry started boarding school at 7, right? I don’t remember and I just finished Spare.

She was very naive about the situation, poor thing.

Diana had misgivings and her sisters pressured her into the marriage.

I just don’t understand why Charles would marry a 19 year old with the plan on having basically a loveless marriage. Would have made a lot more sense to marry someone closer to his own age. Like there wasn’t a lesbian daughter of an aristo he couldn’t have a fake relationship with while pursuing his affairs?

I think they started at 8. It’s interesting because they seem to be waiting to send George until he is old enough to go straight to Eton at 13. But I wouldn’t be surprised if once they break the seal with the first one they send the younger ones earlier.

I don’t really get the Meghan/Kate thing. Like if one is better than the other it doesn’t mean that the better one is successful. If Meghan and Harry’s marriage is trash it doesn’t mean that William and Kate’s marriage is good. And so on.
