I have the same build as her. I think the pregnancies were a factor. I didn't have hyperemesis like she did but when I was postpartum/breastfeeding I looked anorexic. Sometimes slim women's bodies seem to overcorrect when they drop pregnancy weight.

The oldest signed up for Eton last week, and he’ll start there in three years. Just saying that she’s in the clear now. Kids are old enough to have their own routines and in 8 years they’ll all be out of the house. Kate’s not running to the store at 8pm because her kid has a project due tomorrow. The nanny has it from here.

Yes, similar build here as well and breastfeeding was hell on my body. I was super skinny when breast-feeding and was glad to return to a more normal weight that could be maintained with normal caloric intake after it was over.

But I doubt that's Kate's situation. I doubt she breastfed Louis more than a year. That was four years ago. She is looking better this year than last, I would assume just a better diet and exercise regimen, maybe more focus on lifting weights and resistance training as she gets older. I think she's always been a runner and likes cardio, but as you age, you really need to focus more on strength and building muscle, which can also mean changing your diet to accommodate that.

She does look happy in these photos. I imagine that if they wanted 3 kids the HG plus the stress of knowing it wasn't over was awful.

She is scarily thin. My SIL has a face/neck like her. It always makes me a little sad because I used to be anorexic and I remember just being so tortured thinking I couldn't eat anything. I hope she isn't experiencing that.

I think there was a lot of stress and tension related to H&M's attacks and the transition to Charles's reign. Must have been hard to live with her husband at that time. Everything does seem calmer and happier now.

I also bet having the 3 kids older helps. Plus more money.

William is thinner and more toned too now.

They were always very rich. I doubt that is a significant factor. Probably she is older now and more experienced and feels more comfortable in her public role. Things between Wills and her seem much more relaxed and fun now too.
