Did you see photo of Dog the Bounty Hunter at BL door? Go Dog!

Here’s a video of Dog explaining why he got involved and where he thinks Brian is at.

Wish people like him would be out helping all the other families of missing or murdered people and not just the ones who make national news.

Brian does not stand a chance, he is America’s Most Wanted person at this time.

Most citizens know his face now and would do anything to be the one to bring him to justice.

I predict he will be captured DEFINITELY by the first wk. of October.
If not sooner.

Fifty/fifty on whether he will be captured as a corpse or not.
But we definitely will have him by October.

Feel the same way and even with John Walsh. I have great respect for John Walsh, but question why he is throwing all his attention and resources into this one case. I hope it’s not just for the publicity, but sure looks like it.

Are the other cases as interesting? If people vanish with no clues and no suspects, there is only so much to talk about.

It's disgusting frankly. Even this thread is 100s of pages.

All because his victim was a pretty blond.

Exactly. Plus here, we have the boyfriend suspect on the run. It's a manhunt.

If you know of a women who was murdered, her boyfriend or husband is the murder suspect, and he has an arrest warrant and is on the run right now, and you have lots of photos and videos of him, then go at it. Share.

Chandra Levy wasn't pretty. But her murder captivated the country. This is a false narrative.

This interest was spurred by both her murder and her affair with former Congressman Condit and then the news promptly dropped it after 9/11.

Exactly. The story needs a hook to be interesting.

The fact that PP is a pretty blonde made the story more sellable, but the reason this is everywhere is because of the dynamics of relationships, familial and intimate, and because they both had a large-ish social media presence, that sold an idea that they were happy, so people naturally wanna look at what clues they missed etc. the hardest part for me was that HE walked away because he was white. Had he been another race I highly doubt he’d have been given the benefit of the doubt with the 1st police stop or after that.

I 100% agree that we need to be as invested in BIPOC missing people. The only reason I even became interested in following this story because of the similarities between GP and BL relationship to my first one with my first husband, who if the circumstances lined up might have done a similar thing to me. Don’t underestimate how many women have gone through something similar sadly and why so many of them ate quick to believe GP was abused and BL is trash. That’s part of the draw of the story, the relatability of it. Which is a very sad testimony about our society and it’s relationship with women and DV.

The problem is that he looks like a ton of other balding 20-40 year old white man out there (which is why there have been so many false sightings on trails, in Canada, etc.). Unless you're close enough to him to see his distinguishing features (ear folds, hand tattoos, giant honker), you won't recognize him. He can put on a hot, and when it gets colder, put on a pair of gloves, and he would look like half of the other men out there in Appalachia (assuming that's where he is).

I'm the one who wrote the bolded, and I said nothing about her looks, just that she made national news. I think PPs are right about something like this needing "a hook" to keep it interesting. Nobody cared about human trafficking of black women, for example, until R. Kelly was the one doing it.

The Dog the Bounty Hunter/John Walsh involvements are 100% for publicity. When was the last time you heard either of their names? I, for one, forgot about John Walsh, so yeah, he did a good job making himself relevant himself.

True, but as someone who lived within a block of Gary Condit’s apartment, somehow the cops managed to be able to subject Condit to questioning and even luminal his Adams Morgan apartment- despite the fact that there was no body at the time . Chandra was just missing and the disclosure of the affair was enough - odd as everyone knows that it’s a fact Brian was with Gabby 24/7 and Condit only met up with Chandra occasionally
